Optimizing Reuse Process

At ASML

The ASML project focused on identifying and addressing issues with their existing processes, mainly targeting the reliability of the reuse process output. The goal was to ensure that ASML’s cross-sectoral Re-use department could effectively operate as a supplier within the broader supply chain.

Our team, providing an external perspective, highlighted discrepancies and gathered critical stakeholder feedback. We then organised and led a workshop with these stakeholders to align ideas and opinions. This collaborative approach improved communication and significantly enhanced the efficiency of the Reuse department’s operations.

The project successfully enhanced ASML’s Reuse process, enabling smoother integration within the broader Supply Chain. This initiative fostered a more collaborative and efficient working environment, positively impacting cross-departmental coordination and operational effectiveness.
